Given the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are:

a. Unsatisfied with your order, or

b. Received an incorrect or damaged item,

Please reach out to us with a photo of the product within 24 hours of receipt.

Once we receive the required information, our team will coordinate with Quality Control and our Shipping partner to resolve the issue.

CANCELLATIONS

After an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you wish to include additional items, kindly place a new order and add a note, and we will try to ship everything together.
