    Agreement to terms

    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of worldofmysorepak.com and any purchase you make from World of Mysore Pak (“we”, “our”, “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

    Products & pricing

    • We sell Mysore Pak and other traditional sweets, snacks, and gift hampers made fresh in Mysuru.
    • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST (5% on most sweets, 18% on chocolates) unless stated otherwise.
    • Product images are for representation; actual weight, shape, and packaging may vary slightly as items are handmade in small batches.
    • We may correct pricing or availability errors on the site at any time before an order is confirmed.

    Orders & payment

    • Orders are placed and paid for online through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any order — e.g. for stock unavailability, delivery-area restrictions, or suspected fraud — in which case any amount paid is refunded to your original payment method.
    • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, pincode/postal code, and contact number at checkout.

    Shipping

    Orders are shipped within India via Delhivery and DTDC, and internationally via DHL Express. Full details on processing time, delivery estimates, and tracking are in our Shipping Policy.

    Cancellations, returns & refunds

    • Because our products are freshly made, perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.
    • You may request a cancellation before your order ships by contacting us on WhatsApp or email; once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
    • If you receive a damaged, tampered, incorrect, or short-shipped order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the unopened package. We will offer a replacement or refund after review.
    • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    Accounts

    If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

    Intellectual property

    All content on this site — including the World of Mysore Pak name, logo, product photography, and text — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

    Limitation of liability

    We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delays caused by our logistics partners, events beyond our reasonable control, or factors outside our control such as incorrect delivery information provided by you.

    Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysuru, Karnataka.

    Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
